Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day resolution window for issues related to your order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.


 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emaewellness.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

 


If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

 

Lost or missing orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 


 

 

Returns for change of mind

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.


Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion. To request approval, please contact support@emaewellness.com within 30 days of delivery.


Approved returns:

 

  • Must be authorised before sending anything back

  • Are subject to return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

 


Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

 


 

 

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
